Im fully booked now for the rest of the year and playing some awesome venues in a round malaga. I have been looking for a local drummer and bass player for members of a new band for next year which ill keep you updated on.
Ive plenty of new songs which are great and still working on a album which ill finish for the end of the year and it’ll be available as the Wayne Ward album of 2019 collection. My beatle one show goes live over xmas so expect to se some pre shows…
here is some new tech – my new sennheiser mic which when connected ted to my new phonic desk with the tube output and built in vocal compression is sounding like never before. The Levinson blade super Strat comes to life through the tube desk.
We are currently in what we call the Inferno and suffering heat you
would never imagine. So we have to keep in the shade and pick safe days for the beach or pool till it levels! 
So we got freddies hair chopped! …
we are in full drive with craft on the coast and adding new companies to the craft ale locator and adding new bars down the coast. 
Also we have moved our web server to a new host as we have seen tso host decay over the past year so now we have blazing fast websites and email with proper support! Also gigseek my music agency is rapid growth and we are looking for new acts all the time so feel free to pm me for more information on this.

Its been a while im afraid!! I hardly get to use the computers much in the hot weather .. But its cooled down now so its not bad using the computers plus I got a new black out blind fitted on the office for next year so I can still work on websites in the office in the blinding heat!! A few changes music and technology wise! Like my last post states I switched my whole infrastructure to apple that includes watch .. tablets .. phones .. TV´s Computers and laptops! now its made a big difference to the way I now work and I’ve streamlined all my apps I need mainly on the phone / tablet to get he results I need for my profesional singing career and for the businesses I run here now in Spain. Im gong to compile a list of apps and make a blog for this hopefully next week… watch this space! One big change I did make was on the Apple TV´s when I set them up I tell the boxes im in there UK otherwise if you let it pick Spain you get no Siri and no UK TV integration. So with he box thinking UK I just setup a two year getflix and for like 50 quid! all my boxes are in the UK giving me all the usual channels and catch up etc … and I installed TV plus app costs 6 a month but get all the extra channels like spike and other goodies with a guide .. plus I installed classix and popcorn movies for all the extras with a plex client with ducky tv on the iMac pulling all my favourite tv shows which it tracks this from my trakt account … nice rig out!
Music wise ive just joined something I can tell you about this week but its big.. so watch my next blog!! I now changed my main job to professional musician as I do shows medium to large at least six a week… sometimes I do 7 over 6 days.. im fully booked out over xmas and I have lots of bars and acts im connected to so ive decided to open my old gig seek music business again for the new year and have some greats acts signed up already…. im still working on my beatle one show for the new year this should be ready for February which is a 1.30 hour beatle show story from the beginning to the end of the beatle career! its going to be great .. this will all run from MainStage 3 on my Mac book pro using this for the backing tracks and vocal effects and then using amplitude for the guitar effects with my external rubix 22 sound card and the FCB1010 midi floor controller! So watch out for my new music news … and watch out for gigseek…
As far as life goes its been great we have been here in Spain for just under two years. I have to say its been great we have really settled now and have really good friends and neighbours. Recently my son came to visit us with his partner Rhianna who is soon going to have a baby boy! Was great to catch up with them. My dads here next which im looking forward too and my good friend Pud and Lorraine which im planning to take a few days out myself and spend sometime with them maybe up the coast!…. Some of good friends we got really close to just moved up the coast with a career change we will sadly miss you guys and we will try come see you as much you can! We have a weekly Monday Club were all good friends meet and talk and have good food .. these Monday’s won’t be the same with out you guys! One thins we found is we can have the best life here all we have to do is avoid negativity, envy or jealousy which im afraid you can get moving to another country specially if its a lot better and a lot better climate than others.. but thats the way it is, I do wish everybody is happy in there life and with every body the best and peace and love – be happy… stay happy and try and love your family you never know what’s around the corner – try and loose any of what I have said and try and be positive for the new year !! …… I have to say with life the way it is im finding I have later nights .. get up a tad later and do a lot of local shopping and using fresh produce to cook food most days which is very enjoyable !! Its nice at the moment as the weather has cooled especially at night so we get to sleep well! it won’t be long till we are back in the oven !! Last few years we have had xmas day on the beach and then curry and beer… its kind of looking similar this year but im booked in land for a xmas party! so curry and a show inland sounds good to me!!

a match made in heaven
Here is a match made in heaven! The new Jaydee Mark king S2 Ive seen waiting to find for a good while. Is amazing! Its had a recent refret and a recent full respray by jaydee. For a 1986 it looks, sounds and plays amazing! This is heavier than the others ive had and just feels just right this is the keeper i been waiting for and ive owned a few trust me! Quiet a unique paint jon on this as well and its also been played and signed by mark king! Isnt she lovely!..
So she arrived and before i moved to spain i sold my TC 450 Amp Head that sounded awesome so knew i needed to stick with something similar.. 
i did look at the trace elliot elf which i nearly bought but they seem to run hot and im in spain and its already hot out here! so i stuck with the TC stuff but i also realised the TC Electronic BG250 2×10 had a horn and a tuner built in plus two tone prints.. which basically means i can copy with a computer or transmit .. the way im doing it effects! so it can store 2 effects but only run one at one time.. but some effects you load are two effects in one! but to be honest i wanted to compress and on the other i wanted to be able to load a octaver when i 
use the fretless ! plus i can put a pedal on it and kick the effect on and off. The bass amp also has a DI out which can be pre/post so im goin g to try hooking my behringer 350 sub and see out it pans out as its exactly the same size to sit underneath it so that could give me a bit more bottom end on the bigger gigs..

Just a random check in! just to keep people entertained whats going on in my life! Well im nicely settled in our house in spain now – We have been working hard to get work
both in selling beer and playing music. Dont get me wrong its not all easy its taken till now to get all the business and documentation thats required so its been hard and now we are just growing nicely. All the things people told me i could do i basically did! the old one about getting into the health system and the biggest joke > your house might get knocked down and all this is just one big fat joke! listed if you want to move to another country for what ever reason you have just do it, make sure you have a trade and not just wanting to bum of the state and make sure you do your homework and in my case years of ground work! Luckily enough we have good business and met some friends you couldn’t buy in the UK! We have had the good people we love visit us and we have big respect for them coming out of there way to see how we live and enjoy our company. Were lucky we have a nice little car and a lovely scooter for when we do actually need wheels.. Life changes out here and you don’t want to be using transport if you can help it let alone having to watch mountains of rubbish on the old TV because its to cold to do anything! People say do you miss the UK you look like your enjoying yourself!? im like are you kissing its well down the pan and has been for years, nothing going on, scruffy and all that as well as the country has no spine and is being taken right under there nose! I didnt like watching that happen so i said good bye to it all, which is hard being a english man.
Any way we have a new addition to the family… no we never bought a kid! ..meet fredo – out maltese
he is cool and such a lovely dog. but dont be fooled by this fur ball he is also known as the town nutter and wrecks balconies!!! This is him posing after his haircut in benalmadena!
Anyway ive been playing quite a lot of gigs out here and get quite established ive managed to cover from torremolinos right down to marbella so far! its been great added loads of new songs to my setup and ive just been added to a massive gig thats coming of in September in benalmadena auditorium – look out for me on the coast i go out as GET BACK!! as per usual i do sixties / blues / beatles and rock and roll and getting quite well noticed! like any place they need something fresh and a lot of people like to see musicians loaded with guitars in there hands and also be able to use them!
Ive seen some dribble out here and ive seen some good but thats got to stay in my mind and thoughts you never seen this
I acquired a tc helicon harmony gt-x which i havent had time to use for the harmonies yet! but used the delays and revers and slap back delays which are awesome, ill get to use the harmony stuff soon im sure when i do my next acoustic session that includes using a PA! i also added a behringer 300 watt sub to my system (stage pass 600w) which has added a whole new dimension to the sound giving it that bottom end it requires !! BOOOOM!
Dont seem to do much with the computers much now – i dont see so many people using them out here but were in season so its to hot to be sat around key tapping see how this goes out of season im not that bothered to be honest i cant tell you the amount of idiots ive put up with over the past fifteen / twenty years with computers, real nutters! ha sad really but true.
So are there anythings i dont like about spain?
I cant complain the weather is stable (hot) the beach is good, the bars and beer and wine are just amazing, the places we travel to are simply amazing, all the people we have met are amazing, the gigs are amazing, the lifestyle is amazing its just amazing!! and its just festival after festival – music and more music !!!!!
Seeing the way the families are out here makes me wish i was born here! the children have great respect for there parents none of this favoritism going on just so laid back its nice to see what others have the privilege of enjoying and growing with there children and families properly like it should be. I give respect for this.
So if any of my UK people ever make malaga just pm me ill come and have that wine and a tapas or two.
